This study deals with financial performance of private banks in Pakistan. The data is collected from Financial Statements Analysis of Financial Sector issued State bank of Pakistan. The sample size consists of top ten Private commercials banks of Pakistan. The researcher has undertaken the study of financial performance of all the 20 Co-operative Banks in Bijapur District, Karnataka State for the period from 2008-09 to 2012-13.
